Faith, excellence, and service: The core values of Malek Fahd Islamic School
Malek Fahd Islamic School (MFIS) has long been a beacon of academic excellence and faith-based education in Australia. At the heart of our institution lies a commitment to three fundamental values: Faith, Excellence, and Service. These principles not only define our educational approach but also shape the character of our learners, fostering a deep sense of responsibility and compassion.
Service through Islamic values
One of the key tenets of Islam is Khidma (Service)—the selfless act of giving back to the community. At Malek Fahd Islamic School, we integrate service into teaching and learning, ensuring that every learner understands the importance of charity, generosity, and community engagement.
Our school actively encourages our learners to participate in initiatives that make a tangible difference, instilling a lifelong commitment to social responsibility.

A tradition that unites all four MFIS campuses, this campaign raised $21,000 in collaboration with Zakat House. The funds collected will be donated to provide Iftaar (dinner) and Suhoor (breakfast) for overseas families in Lebanon. It is a profound way to cultivate empathy and reinforce the values of generosity and gratitude.
Through these initiatives, our learners embody the essence of Khidma, demonstrating how service is not just an expectation but an integral part of our school culture.
